Anya Taylor-Joy

Anya Taylor Joy, a half-Spanish and half-English woman was born April 16, 1996, in Miami Florida. Dennis Alan Taylor was a former Banker. Jennifer Marina Joy worked as a Psychotherapist. His father was Argentine and Scottish English descendance. Her mother's ancestry is Spanish as well as English. Taylor Joy also has 4 brothers and sisters, with one coming in each parent's prior marriages. Buenos Aires was her home until the age of six when the family moved from the city of Victoria at the time of London. Taylor-Joy stated that the move had been painful, and she refused to go back to school in English as she wanted to be able to return to Argentina. She had to switch schools between Northlands and then Hill House. Then she went to Queen's Gate School and studied ballet. At the age of 16, she quit school in order to make a career of acting.
